The dismantling procedure is as follows: 1. Attach the handle. 2. Turn the bottom ground coffee compartment counterclockwise to remove it. 3. Turn the settings dial counterclockwise to remove it. 4. Take out the burr. 5. Turn the outer ring of the burr clockwise to remove it.

Note: The factory assembly is machine-calibrated for a tight fit, so the first time you disassemble this part may require a bit more effort. It is recommended to wrap it in a towel to increase the friction before rotating it.
